M&D offers ultra-cold storage down to -80°C across 38 therapeutic classes as well as special handling of chemo, hazardous, and flammable items.

Over 90% of order lines are picked through automation, resulting in an error rate of just 1 in 60,000—far outpacing the industry rate of 1 in 6,000.
