With a 12-acre, 450,000-square-foot automated distribution center in Shreveport, along with additional capacity through its Olive Branch, Mississippi facility, M&D serves as a major single-ship point for numerous manufacturers.

Handling

M&D supports a wide range of product requirements, including ultra-cold storage down to -80°C across multiple therapeutic classes, as well as specialized handling for chemotherapy, hazardous, flammable, and temperature-sensitive therapies.

Accuracy

Over 90% of order lines are picked through automation, resulting in an error rate of just 1 in 60,000—far outpacing the industry rate of 1 in 6,000.
