Update on DEA revocation order against Morris & Dickson

Today, Morris & Dickson filed an appeal on the DEA’s attempt to revoke our registration to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The company has also asked the Court to stay DEA’s Order to prevent it from taking effect for an extended period of time while the Court considers our appeal.

In the meantime, we continue to actively negotiate with DEA towards an agreement.

The bottom line is that it is business as usual at Morris & Dickson.  We will continue to serve our customers with the same professionalism, courtesy and commitment that they have come to know and expect from us.
